The Billy Evans Memorial Scholarship Fund recognizes graduating high-school seniors who reflect the values of fallen Capital Police Officer William Evans, who died in the line of duty in April, 2021. The Scholarship will be awarded to individuals who personify friendship, family, and community.

To fully endow the Scholarship Fund, we are happy to announce our $42 for 42 Fundraising Campaign in recognition of Billy’s 42nd birthday, which would have taken place on February 18th. Over the next month we ask supporters to donate $42.00 in recognition of this important day.
